And the word "dancing" isn't about bodies dancing.

The "dancing" is "psychological movement" ie. not getting mentally constipated.
Keep that shit moving :)

The "warm" is general "comfort and safety".

It's the result of keeping our thoughts and actions and wishes and connections moving.
